Welcome to Tomorrowland Oakhurst!
Took a long time for our local garbage company to jump on this bandwagon.

Well, our patience paid off, the track dried up very nicely with only a few standing water puddles that were easily avoided. Most riders had already fled leaving a small number of riders who were ready to ride. At first they opened to track up to all riders and we took off on our first lap. Unfortunately, due to a few riders not playing by the rules, we were split up into grounds that alternated every 30 minutes. As it turns out, were were able to get in three sessions which actually equated to more than half a day of track time if we were able to meet our planned intervals.
Turned out to be a great day after all. The morning rain provided some time with friends that I haven’t seen in a while and enjoy some great food that people had been cooking up at the track. Although the track season is coming to an end, I look forward to the coming year, and many more track days to come.
Leaving for the track tonight, can’t wait to get there, unpack and get the BBQ going.
Motovan FTW!
All prepped and ready for a great track day at Buttonwillow.
Finally got my very own Monster Truck. Let “The Big Kahuna” roll baby!
My favorite grips. Sometimes they are a little hard to find, but worth every penny.
Should have switched to stiffer springs 70,000 miles ago. Ol’ Yeller has really come alive thanks to the Racetech fork springs. Now I have to get a set for the Repsol.
I needed to scrub in the new tires, so I took Ol’ Yeller out to some of its old stomping grounds. I can’t help but think, if it could smile, it would be from ear to ear.
Can’t believe it’s been 17 years and 72,000+ miles since I brought it home. Many great adventures so far during our time together and hoping for many more to come.
New suspension and new shoes… It doesn’t get much better than that!
Took us 20+ years but it looks like our small town finally hit the big time.
Now, how the heck am I going to get these to the street with my long gravel driveway?
